AGM

The Constitution of the Oude Westhof Home Owners Association prescribes that a yearly Annual General Meeting must be held during which the members are informed by the Trustees of the past year’s management more specifically the presentation of the audited financial statements and Chairman’s report. The members at AGM vote on resolutions presented by Trustees for the re-appointment of the Auditors, Managing Agents and other service providers as well as any other business that requires AGM resolution. The Trustees get elected on the AGM by nomination and being voted in and serve the association for a year period until the next AGM.
