Oude Westhof

General Information

Oude Westhof is a primarily residential area comprising approximately 600 single residential and group housing homes, as well as a small commercial component. Oude Westhof was originally a wine farm owned by the Malan family and the farm dwelling now houses a restaurant.

In the late nineties Oude Westhof was developed as a residential area and has grown considerably over the years to where the area has been transformed from largely vacant stands to where the majority of land has been developed. As this process has taken place the community’s needs have changed and the Homeowners Association has embarked on various projects to enhance the appeal of the area. To fund such projects and to offer the services we raise a levy on a monthly basis. This levy is reviewed annually at the Annual General Meeting. Our levies run on a calendar year basis and for the 2012 year are as follows:

Single Residential Properties: R 220.00 per month

Group Housing Properties: R 110.00 per month

For any queries on you levy statements or for payment details please see the section marked Levies on this website.
